Health Benefits of Green Tea

The health benefits of green tea are vast due to the antioxidants! Some benefits:

  • Aides in Weight Loss

  • Protects against cancer

  • Lowers severity of Rheumatoid Arthritis

  • Reduces risk of heart disease

  • Helps fight infection

  • Aides in digestion

  • Helps prevent Alzheimer's

  • Prevents tooth decay

I actually have a shelf in my pantry dedicated to all kinds of tea. I drink 2-4 cups a day; especially on a cold day. I usually drink plain but with some varieties I will add some local raw organic honey which also has many health benefits. If you are vegan, leave out the honey.
